“Romantica” Residence is located in a quiet area by the lake. The apartments are very welcoming, complete with bathroom, kitchen, and all the bedrooms are furnished, creating a warm and a relaxing atmosphere. Near the complex there are restaurants, pizzerias and minimarkets.

First Bungalow on the Lake 4 People
€120,00 /Day – Low Season: –/04 – 30/06 | 01/09 – 25/09 (Final cleaning €50,00)
€150,00 /Day – High Season: 01/07 – 31/08 (Final cleaning €50,00)
- Booking are weekly: from 15:00 pm the arrival Saturday, to 10:00 am the following Saturday.
- In case of customers shortening their stay, or arriving late, the whole booked period must be paid.
- Sheets and towels to bring with.
- The price per day includes: hot water, electricity, gas, fridge, place for 1 car. The Bungalows are without air conditioning.The prices may be changed.
Tourist Tax 2026: Low Season € 1,00 / High Season € 1,00 per day per person from 15 years old.
Obligation to pay by credit card for amounts exceeding € 5.000,00 for citizens from the countries of the European Union.
